Need a hand with Lead To Win!? Here are answers to the most common questions.

How do I add a contact to my pipeline?

On the Contacts tab, tap + to import from your device’s Contacts, or create one from scratch. The first time, iOS will ask permission to access your Contacts — this lets you pick who to import.

How do I move a contact between stages?

Open the contact and use the stage picker on their detail screen, or drag their card between columns on the pipeline board view. Moving a contact into a losing stage will ask for a reason first, and moving out of Won/Lost reopens the deal.

How do I create additional pipelines or stages?

Settings → Pipelines. You can create multiple pipelines, each with its own custom stages, and set one as your default.

How do I log a call, meeting, or follow-up?

From a contact’s detail screen, add an Activity and set its type, date, and status. Activities can also appear on the Activities tab across all contacts.

How do I sync activities to my Calendar?

Settings → Calendar Integration to turn on syncing and choose a default reminder. Once enabled, scheduling an activity also creates an event in your Calendar app, which you can open directly from the activity.

How do I customize which fields show on a contact?

Settings → Customize Forms lets you show or hide the built-in detail sections (Lead, Family, Employment, Financial, Education) and add your own custom fields or forms — a Premium feature.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Export Data. Choose a format and share the file. Export is available during your free trial and with an active subscription.

I upgraded to Premium but it’s not showing.

Open Settings → Subscription and pull to restore, or confirm you’re signed into the same Apple Account (or Family Sharing member) used to purchase. A lapsed subscription switches the app to read-only — you can still browse everything, but editing needs an active subscription or trial.

What happens when my free trial ends?

The app becomes read-only: you can keep browsing your contacts and activities, but adding, editing, or deleting requires Premium. Subscribe any time from Settings → Subscription.

Is my data private?

Yes — everything is stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
